We conduct knowledge management by gathering/data mining, analyzing and organizing knowledge in a way that is easily accessible to stakeholders. The process involves conducting surveys of corporate goals and examination the tools to address organizational needs.
From explicit to tacit and embedded knowledge, we improve organizational efficiency and break down siloes by putting the right information in a form, time and place that is easily accessible to the audience. We achieve this by capturing and organizing knowledge to address specific business tasks and projects; sharing knowledge with others who can benefit from it; improving processes and technology to provide easy access to knowledge; and promoting the generation of new knowledge for continual learning.
